Heard on National Radio on 23rd May 2011 that it was questionable ILLEGAL behaviour to dump asylum seekers offshore ie in Malaysai for processing!!! WHY CAN'T THE OZ GOVERNMENT SIMPLY AMEND THEIR LAWS SO THAT THE GOVERNMENT CAN NOT BE BAMBOOZLED BY PROVIDING THE ASYLUM SEEKERS WITH SUPERIOR LAWYERS THAN THE ONES THEY PROVIDE FOR THEMSELVES!

Poor Laws lead to poor behaviour!! Improve legislation ASAP
Today just want to relate how poor laws cause big problems. Between November 2006 and August 2008 Reecson W Denford aged 24, used a loophole so over a 20 month period he made unchecked credit voucher transactions under $10,000 to a body corporate [strata] sinking fund looked after by his wife, then forward the money to his personal account STEALING from the Bank Of Queensland $2,935,000 !

AUSTRALIA NEEDS LAW REFORM AND SENSIBLE LAWS ASAP
Strata members pay strata fees into the manager's private bank account!!! Yes in Western Australia the legislation for strata has so many loop-holes that in one group of more than 150 units - which must pay dues quarterly currently totally more than $300,000 annually into the strata manager's account via Deft payments. INCREDIBLY only that strata manger can access that account- not one of the people who pay onto iit or who are on the committee can find out anything about their money's progress as MACQUARIE Bank personnell stated on 16 May 2001 that this strata manager OWNED the account......
so far the WA State Government and Commercial Fraud Squad have had knowledge of this for over 18 months and have even staged an Leglislative council enquiry but local politician office reports that it would take the governemnt years to act....

" A little bit of Dubai is to bloom in the Pilbara, with crown land to be given away to property developers to build luxury high-rise apartments in the remote region as Western Australia gears up for massive expansion of its mining boom- of an average price per apartment pre-buy of $860,000"

Australia has no human rights and a non sense law to match
If Wikipedia can't work it out- it's pretty rare. Do the politicians want this? Do they want to have to have Legislative CStanding Committees continuously because the Police can't work out how to prosecute?
Consider whiteclollar crime- billions have been stolen and never returned..... consider Bond, Skase and a strata manager that though the Commercial Fraud squad were provided with appropiate details [bank accounts and statements etc] of a loss of $75,000 in two years
